Only upload photos you have the right to use. For photos of a child, you must be their parent or legal guardian. Don't upload photos of other people's children, nudity, or anything unlawful.
The images created for you are yours to keep and share for personal use. AI images are artistic interpretations and may not be perfectly accurate.
Credits are bought through Apple as consumable in-app purchases, are used to create photos, have no cash value and do not expire. If a photo fails to generate, its credit is returned automatically. Refunds are handled by Apple.
We work hard to keep the service running but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
